Rainbow Ski Weekend in Urabandai
2022

@URABANDAI LAKE RESORT

RAINBOW SKI WEEKEND 2023

 Out Asia Travel has been holding the "RAINBOW SKI WEEKEND" in Urabandai, Fukushima since 2015. The idea came from Mr. Genta (https://gladxx.jp/people/4138.html), who was working in the sales promotion department at Grandeco Snow Resort at the time (he later came out as gay), when the number of skiers in Fukushima was drastically decreasing due to harmful rumors after the earthquake and tsunami. Out Asia Travel, sympathizing with Genta's efforts, decided to sponsor LGBTQ ski tours as a "way to help Tohoku's recovery".
 The number of guests has grown with each event, and the 2017 (https://gladxx.jp/features/2017/scene/4886.html) was a great success, with over 120 people participating.
 Since 2019, we have changed the venue and held the event at a more gorgeous 5-star hotel, Urabandai Lake Resort. In addition to the main building, we now use the luxurious annex "Nekoma Rikyu" to meet the needs of our guests who want to feel like a celebrity.
 Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have not been able to hold this event as planned for the past several years, but we have decided to proceed in the direction of holding the event in 2023 as before while making every effort to prevent infection. (In the event that a state of emergency is declared and travel across the prefecture is restricted or ski resorts are closed, we regret to inform you that the tour will be cancelled.) We will do our best to keep the lights on for LGBTQ ski tours in Tohoku and for those who look forward to them every year, we will do our best to make it a great tour.

For details of this tour, please see <DETAILS> <PLANS> <PARTY> etc. in the menu.
